MODEST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD is a subsidiary of reputed Dempo Group of Companies which is having diversified
business related activities in Mining, Petroleum Coke Calcination, Pig Iron, Shipbuilding, Real estate, Media, Tourism,
Paints and Food Processing with annual turnover of about Rs. 1000 crores.
MODEST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD is a premier shipbuilding and shiprepairs shipyard based in old port Bhavnagar, Gujrat with its registered office is in Mumbai and corporate is in Goa. The yard spread over an area of about 67000 sq. mts is well connected to Bhavnagar airport and Bhavnagar Ahmedabad highway, giving it considerable logistical advantage. The yard has excellent facilities and competent work force to deliver high quality of ships and shiprepairs services. The shipyard is certified for ISO 9001 : 2015 by the Indian Registry of Quality Systems.
The Shipyard has the capacity to build medium sized vessels upto 6000 dwt and has so far delivered various types
of vessels like product tankers, oil tankers, offshore survey vessels, cement carriers etc. both for international and
domestic clients including Indian Navy.
MODEST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. is in the process of developing a state-of-the-art shipyard at Ratanpar, Bhavnagar, along the shores of the Gulf of Cambay. The proposed facility will have a waterfront of approximately 1.4km and will be spread across an area of 40 acres. The project has already obtained the requisite Environmental Clearance (EC) and Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Clearance from the competent authorities. The proposed shipyard will have the capacity to build vessels upto 45000 dwt.
